Maková bábovka

2 čajové lžičky máku obsahují stejně vápníku jako plnotučné mléko. V tomhle receptu kombinujeme mák s tvarohem, což z něj dělá vápníkovou superpotravinu. Vápník je důležitý pro strukturu kostí a zubů, podílí se na svalových kontrakcích, je důležitý pro přes nervového vzruchu a srážlivost krve. Chrání nás před některými těžkými kovy a alkalizuje.

 

Suroviny:

200 g mletého máku

100 g špaldové mouky

140 g cukru demerara

300 g polotučného tvarohu

vanička od tvarohu oleje na pečení

2 vejce

 

Postup:

Smícháme nejprve suché suroviny a poté postupně vmícháme vlhké.

Vymažeme bábovkovou formu, vlijeme do ní těsto a apečeme na 160°C hodinu a čtvrt.
