Pečená zelenina

Selekce podzimní zeleniny v tom nejlepším světle.

Suroviny:

(6 porcí)

2 kumary na kostky

1/4 dýně hokaido na kostky

3 červené cibule oloupané a rozkrojené na čtvrtky

3 palice česneku vcelku, oloupané ale nerozdělené

3 lžíce olivového oleje

2-3 větvičky čerstvé rozmarýny

mořská sůl

 

Postup:

Rozehřejte troubu na 170 stupňů Celsia. Kumary a hokaido vařte v páře cca 10 minut. Mezitím si do hmoždíře dejte 2 špetky mořské soli a oloupané snítky rozmarýny a tloučkem vše rozetřete na jemno. Poté vložte předvařené kumary a dýni do mísy s cibulí a česnekem, ve které budete zapékat. Přidejte rozmarýnovou sůl a olivový olej, promíchejte tak, až je vše dobře pokryto olejem a kořením. Pečte nezakryté 30-40 min do zlatova. Servírujte.
